We covered the wave of Digital ID bills across the country and specifically, Washington State’s HB 2112. Washington state is expanding power to give the state authority to de-certify your constitutionally elected sheriffs. Yesterday 6 sheriffs testified against SB 5974 and in the aftermath, the WA Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs’ President Sheriff John Nowels is moving to have Pierce County Sheriff Keith Swank removed from the association for his honest and courageous testimony.
