After testifying in Florida on February 4th against SB 1722, Florida’s version of the App Store Accountability Act, I started thinking more about the parent-child verification aspect and how it’s almost impossible to do this and truly protect the parent-child relationship and the data of children and every other user.

This was the longest I’ve been able to speak to a committee about a bill and it is a much more respectful process than what I experienced in WA.
