New Precinct Committee Officers (PCOs) elected in 2024 through candidate filing week, and in the case of contested elections, winning their election that was on their precinct’s 2024 Primary Ballot, will meet to review, amend and ultimately pass KCGOP’s bylaws that will guide the party for the next term. They will also elect representatives for key roles, including Chairman, Vice Chairs, and State Committee / E-Board representatives. Only those PCOs elected in the May filing week and August primary are eligible to vote.
