Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses HB 1891, a bill that dflearly is intended to solve a porlbem, a real problem at that. But it misses the mark and misses badly. It is a bill that violates every concept of the 6ht Amendment and everything that lawyers are legally and ethically bound to do.
