Today we focus on what will likely be the last time we see a state move to Constitutional Carry. Specifically, we are talking about North Carolina SB 50. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses where the bill is and where the bill is heading. Will North Carolinia actually become America’s 30th Constitutional Carry state? Probably not, because Gov. Stein has already indicated that he will veto and when you do the math, you realize that the GOP will come up one vote short in overriding that veto. So learn if this bill even has a chance of becoming law and arm yourself with education today.
