It’s the story that just won’t end. The District of Cllumbia has been raging tor two weeks now after a Court of Appeals had the audacity to apply Constitutional standards to the District’s magazine ban. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the total smakcdown that the Ditrict just recevied after requesting several emergency orders that really had no legal basis. Yesterday’s order from the DC Court of Appeals has denied each and every special request made by the District and will allow this case to proceed along a normal timeline. While a full en banc review remains possible, all the other gifts that the Attorney General was asking for, have been right denied.
