Washington Gun Law – Florida’s Open Carry Ban Gets Struck Down

Huge news broke Monday morning, before terrible news broke later that day, which is why we are only getting around to this now, but there was a HUGE win in Florida Monday. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the matter of McDaniels v. Florida, a now successful challenge to Florida’s open carry ban. This law has been heavily criticized for many years, and frankly did not fit within the legal framework of that state. Now the legislature won’t have to fix it as the Court of Appeals has.
