Tis the Season, but it’s also the season for impaired driving and the arrests that come with it. Many may not realize this, but drunk driving offenses can get you disarmed. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, talks about one such legislative scheme and the horrible impacts that its had on drivers in the State of Washington. Many are finding out the hard way that they have been disarmed, despite never being told they were going to be disarmed and NEVER being even charged with a felony. Listen, there is one sure fire way to avoid a DUI and that’s to not drink and drive. But for today, let’s get you further educated so that you can be armed with education.
