We head back down to Oregon today to discuss HB 4145, a legislative replacement for Ballot Measure 114. But today, we have to discuss the very ugly side of politics, political intimidation. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, goes back and replays for you what happened in the House Committee on the Judiciary earlier this week, where the Committee chair essentially berated his colleague into voting for a measure that she had already voted againt. Oh, and this vote happened to be the decisive vote, allowing this bill to move forward. So was this illegal? Is it in violation of the code of conduct for Oregon legislators? We discuss all of that today so that you can be armed with education.
