Washington Gun Law – New Life for the Assault Weapon Ban Case

After a couple of weeks of big nothing, the Supreme Court has taken action on the two matters we have carefully been watching. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the rescheduling of Snope v. Brown and Ocean State Tactical v. Rhode Island, two huge Second Amendment cases that have been sitting on the front porch of SCOTUS for months now. Both matters have been set for another conference on February 21st. This is probably good news, but not all of it is good. So tune in today and arm yourself with education.
