Washington Gun Law – Pam Bondi’s Very Bad Week So Far

So while we are all waiting for AG Bondi’s report on the Second Amendment, pursuant to President Trump’s executive order, we now find out that the new DOJ is much like the old DOJ. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the matter of United States v. Peterson, a case previously covered on this channel. This is where a three judge panel of the 5th Circuit ruled that suppressors are not protected arms under the Second Amendment. But now that we have a new AG, what arguments is the government making now? Ya, the exact same ones and they’re doubling down on it.
