HUGE NEWS out of the 10th Circuit yesterday as a 3 udge panel has found that New Mexico’s waiting period is likley unconstitutional and ordered the District Court to enoin the law consistent with the Court’s opinion. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, goes over the holdings in Ortega v. Lujan Grisham where a 3 judge panel has soundly rejected all of New Mexico’s arguments to find this law must end.
