Today we circle back to the first lawsuit to drop challenging the NFA, following the Big Beautiful Bill, which was brought to us by our good friends at Gun Owners of America. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, dicusses the huge developent that 15 states have now joined that lawsuit as plaintiffs as well. That’s right, there is now 15 states that have joined a legal challenge to the applicability of the NFA to several platforms of firearms.
