Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses HB 3320, perhaps the most horrific piece of gun control legislation ever seen. This bill, if enacted into law, would extort millions and millions of dollars from any manufacturer who dares sell their product in Illinois to essentially pay for Chicago’s violence problem for which they continue to do nothing about. We’re not making it up. This truly is pure evil as it allows individuals to get rich of violent crime. It will also prevent any gun company from ever wanting to do business again in this state.
