After the Supreme Court decided to turn its back on both magazine bans and weapon bans, we are beginning to see the states that are going to double down on these civilian disarmament measures. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses Rhode Island, who now feeling emboldened by the Supreme Court’s rejection of their magazine ban, now will double down and pass an assault weapon ban as well. Today we discuss H 5436 Substitute A, which has already passed out of the House and will likely become law. Bottom line Rhode Island, stock up now, watch this video and arm yourself with education.
