Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses again, the matter of Garnder v, Maryland, one of the most compelling set of facts for why concealed carry rights should never end at a state’s border, especially for someone like Ms. Gardner. Her pro bono petition to the United States Supreme Court was not being taken seriously by the State of Maryland, until the Supreme Court started taking it seriously. But now that the State has finally graced us with their response brief, we find that Maryland really does not want the Supreme Court to hear this matter.
