Welcome to the gates of Hell Delaware. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the newly enacted permit to purchase law in that state which mandates that citizens must first get the State’s permission before they can exercise a right. This law, which became effective Monday, now requires Delaware residents to undergo mandatory training, and apply for a permission slip before they can purchase a handgun. The last minute effort to stop the law from going into effect has failed and this is your new reality Delaware. So find out what all of this means to you so that you can be armed with education.
