Washington Gun Law – The Supreme Court Wants to Hear from Washington About Its Magazine Ban

IMPORTANT UPDATES: We will temper all of this by saying that while this is a positive development, this does not guarantees that the matter of Gators Custom Guns v. STate of Washington will be accepted by the Supreme Court. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, does discuss some interesting developments as the Supreme Court has how ordered the State of Washington to respond to the petition.
