Washington Gun Law – Yes, This Too Is How the First Amendment Works

We turn back again to the First Amendment, because once again, we can see it in action. Jimmy Kimmel has been reinstated by ABC, and now Sinclair Broadcasting has decided to end their preemption of the show. How did this happen? What does this mean to the First Amendment? Well it happened because of two things: (1) public pressure or what we call “free speech” and, (2) what does the network and affiliates believes is in the best interest of the company. So once again, when half the country is ticked off about what has occurred, it means that free speech has probably worked, once again. So learn more, and learn how you have a much louder voice than you may imagine, so that you can be armed with education.
