I had a chance to interview Randy Hayden, Darrington School Director recently and discuss the importance of running for local government positions. As a school director, Randy’s experiences on a small school district are similar to the experiences that others might have on their local school boards and this video expands on the theme of how school directors can get involved in the Washington State School Directors Assocation (WSSDA).
