While we witnessed last week’s apology and open admission by Seattle Dem Rep. Fitzgibbons that he was drunk during recent committee legislative hearings (yeah, the video was pretty obvious), that is not the issue. We can’t blame him for being drunk during this time – just look at the mess they are creating in Olympia. We challenge anyone to not be tempted to blast your memories away when faced with the fiasco they are creating and his fellow legislators, he is forced to ally himself to during this budget mess and legislative disaster.
Remember, government will never reform itself, but it might be easier if they are drunk most of the time.
