In Seattle it isn’t tough to find criminals in government stealing from us. However, it is rare they get fired and exposed for doing so. Sometimes they are just too blatant or sloppy and local government needs the distraction from the rest of the missing cash. In this case, she made the news, lost her job, but her family made out like bandits, so it was probably worth it.
Remember, Government will never reform itself.
