Biden’s recent pardon lists have angered many – particularly the victims of these now pardoned criminals. A few of the pardoned stand out as particularly unworthy of pardoning. While Presidential pardons have occasionally been controversial in the past, Biden appears to be on track to set a new low in Presidential choices, presuming he is even part of the decision-making process anymore.
