The Tumwater School District voted to ban Trans athletes in girls’ sports. They were heckled and hassled by the Trans Lobby, of course, but this is a significant vote for Chris Reykdal, our current State Superintendent of Public Instruction. This is because Tumwater is the school district where Chris Reykdal was a school board director, where his wife was a school board director after him, and she was a former counselor at the school, and his sons graduated from this school. This isn’t some rural school district in Stevens County, but right next door to the State Capitol.
