Rumors are swirling in Olympia as some state agencies fear attention from the Feds. There is a lot to hide, but nobody fears a Federal investigation more than the Washington State Department of Licensing since the recently filed DOJ New York lawsuit is essentially the same one that could be filed against Washington’s DOL as well. Rumors of document purges, shredding, and concealment abound. Ferguson’s hands are not clean on this one…
