Washington State’s Department of Ecology once again has been caught providing fake data claiming wildly exaggerated benefits for Climate Commitment Act Tax scheme carbon credit funded projects. Thanks to good work by Todd Myers from the Washington Policy Center, and questions raised by people who understand math and science far better than the Evergreen State College grads at the Dept of Ecology – the Dept was forced to fix the claims from 7.5 million down to 75 thousand tons.
Even the mainstream media has been forced to admit the false data and report the change.
Remember, government hates it when you start looking at how they operate, and they really don’t want you to know how they squander your tax dollars. Government will never reform itself.
