The Climate Commitment Act is a scam used to increase the cost of fuel and power bills to consumers. This hidden tax collected at the wholesale level ends up turning into a multi-billion dollar slush fund squandered and wasted on questionable expenditures and insider dealing through the Dept of Commerce.
